About Us

SLYCH began with a lifelong connection to the botanical world. Founder Sally grew up surrounded by plants and flowers, as her parents owned and operated greenhouse nurseries. Her weekends were spent immersed in warm, humid air, wandering through endless rows of tropical plants. She has fond memories of climbing mountains of soil, polishing stones for bonsai and poking cactus plants with her friends. Being surrounded by plants became second nature—and, eventually, a source of inspiration.

After earning her Bachelor of Commerce degree, Sally spent four years working in the corporate world before realizing that her heart belonged somewhere more creative. She wanted to build something that brought together her love of flowers, design, and the beauty of everyday living. And so, SLYCH was created.

Today, we are a floral studio dedicated to creating arrangements that are not only thoughtfully designed and visually captivating, but also carefully selected for the quality and longevity of each stem. Beyond flowers, our shop is a collection of beautiful things chosen to make everyday life more special.
